The Oregon Massacre was carried out by an individual who purchased 14 weapons within a three year period. This should not be allowed. Mexico limits one gun to a household. I am a veteran and I own guns. I don't see how limiting purchases would go against the Second Amendment. Who ever sold that person the weapons should have reported it to the proper authority!
