You should take a standard drug test before you get on welfare. Because people who take drugs start to become abusive and run out of money. So then they go to find ways to get money like welfare or social security. Our money should not be used for others to use on drugs that could of been used to make our country better. We could of used the money that they take for drugs and improved our military or research or anything but drugs.
