we sincerely request the U.S. government to recognize Shanghai Jiaotong University as the only real Jiaotong University

We request the U.S. government to officially recognize that Shanghai Jiaotong University is the only realy Jiaotong University in the world. Also, we request the U.S government to confer the offical title of Jiaotong University to Shanghai Jiaotong University so as to appreaciate his contributions to science and engineering as well as to admit its leading positions in China's higher education system. This is important, because official authroized title will help U.S. universities to distinguish the applicants and thus pick up the best ones for graduate or undergrad programs, namely the ones from Shanghai Jiaotong Univerisity. (Not the Xi'an one)
