We, the People of the State of Idaho, do hereby solemnly petition the Government to allow peaceable withdrawal by the State of Idaho from the Union in order to form a NEW Government by the people, for the people, and of the people which more accurately represents our ideals, values, morals, beliefs, and opinions regarding important matters of the times in which we live.
