We support President Obama's use of "Executive Privilege" in securing the release of Bowe Bergdahl. And further we request that this petition be forwarded to The GOP House. As We The People of These United States support, The President being the undisputed Commander and Chief of the US Armed Forces. And we believe the current restrictions placed by Congress requiring that they (Congress) be notified 30 days in advance before a detainee can be released, is a direct "impediment" to The President in his undisputed role as Commander and Chief of The US Armed Forces.
