We the tax payer of city of Miami help to pay for the Marlins Stadium in return to a competative team and we got cheated

I sign this petition for the city of Miami tax payers,we voted to help the miami marlins build a new stadium with the city taxes in return of having a competitive team and we got cheated by the owner selling the best players and not investing any money on the team for good players.
