we transgender need the sex change surgery ASAP. We casn not afford it is to expensive. We also have many mental problems that the VA administration helps us with, but by not having the surgery the problems remain longer in each person. Having the VA do the propers sex change surgery will solve tons of mental cases, ans nomey savings, brcause we become a more stable and productive individual to society. I assume that is one of the main objectives of the VA.
