We, the undersigned, believe that Roger Goodell, Commissioner of the NFL, is working outside the confines of the player's union collective bargaining agreement with the NFL , and violating the rights to due process guaranteed to Tom Brady, a US citizen. The controversial ruling also violates the 4th Amendment guaranteeing against unreasonable search and seizure, and possibly other Federal statutes.
