WHEREAS the release of such sensitive information will result in huge, grave damage to the United States of America's intelligence capabilities.
WHEREAS the release of such sensitive information, will impede our National Security apparatus from collecting data that could prevent, and thwart, potential terrorist attack on United States interest.
THUS, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that National Security Agency contractor Edward Snowden,be charged with treason under 18 USC § 2381, for leaking classified National Security Agency documents.
