We urge a prompt THAAD deployment to South Korea in order to promote world peace.

In response to North Korea’s recent missile tests and overall nuclear activities, we stand firm with the U.S. and South Korean governments in the immediate deployment of the THAAD defense system in South Korea. Despite the underlying controversies in relation to North Korea, China, and Russia surrounding the THAAD, deploying the THAAD defense system can maintain national and global security and provide protection to not only South Korean civilians but also the over 30,000 U.S. soldiers stationed in ROK. South Korea and the U.S. should not and cannot be coerced and threatened by the North Korea. We believe that deploying the THAAD defense system is the most effective way to counter and prepare for North Korea’s nuclear attacks, and thus we urge the immediate deployment of the THAAD system.
