We urge the Congress and the House of Representatives to support and approve the Alliance for Prosperity Plan and the supplemental funding that will benefit development in the Central American Region.
This plan was formulated to address the root causes of migration into the United States of America,by creating policies and a new dynamic that ensures opportunities for migrant children and their families in their countries of origin.
The Plan focuses on three overarching lines of action:1) Promoting prosperity and regional economic integration;2)Enhancing security;3)Promoting improved governance.
