We urge the United States of America as PERMANENT MEMBER UN to oppose his VETO at the entrance of Rwanda to the Security Council scheduled this February 1, 2013 due to the conflict of interest between MANIFESTO PRIVATE INTERESTS Mrs. Suzanne Rice for his "client" Paul Kagame, President of Rwanda, and SA MISSION U.S. rEPRESENTATIVE.
Mr. President,
You just recommend MR. Paul Kagame no longer support "TERRORIST RWANDA" the M23 causing devastation to the east of the DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF CONGO. But it is since 1997 that the Congolese people are massacred in TOTAL indifference by Rwandan military officers, including James KABAREBE, the current Minister of this country.
