Vice president Mr. Biden made a very rude and disrespectful speech at University Pennsylvania, in which he tried every possible way to belittle China in an attempt to show the superiority of the United States, at thousands of Chinese international students' presence. Regardless of reliability of what Mr. Biden has said, under no circumstances can a leader of a country especially USA give an insulting speech like this in public. We do agree that the United States is some country that makes a difference in the world, but just because of that does NOT mean belittling other countries is justified. This is not the courtesy in which USA treats other countries. We want an apology from Mr. Biden, officially.
