Two days before Aaron Swartz's arrest, as stated in official DOJ's documents, Secret Service took over Aaron Swartz's case.
This is a rather uncommon move.
It would be interesting to know who gave the order to the Secret Service to move in Aaron's investagation and on wich Legal ground did they took over his case.
