We want to bring to attention the genocide which occurred in 1984 against the Sikh Community.

I'm bringing forward this petition to make public the Genocide that occurred in 1984 against the Sikh community. I want to bring to attention the way the Indian Government acted toward Sikhs during the 1984 attacks on our Gurdwara. They claim that at the time Sikhs and Hindus were at war. This false statement which was an excuse of letting the Indian government have the right to attack the Sikh community. This so called "war" allowed the Indian government to invade a peaceful Gurdwara with soldiers and armored vehicles with the intention of destroying as much as possible. Nearly 30,000 Sikhs were slaughtered, some who were just happened to go to the gurdwara that day and some outside because of the simple fact they were Sikhs. An Unjust and cruel act by the majority upon the minority.
