we want justice we got ripped off by the EBay I lost 325 Dollars Government must take action against EBay

I bought a lenses from Ebay and paid for but never received
lenses I asked EBay to send my lenses or return my money
Ebay answer was 30 days past nothing we can do it is EBay policy they said. Who rules this Country ? EBay or US Government it is time our Government must show EBay that we have a Government in this Country
