My name is Francisco A. Estrada. I have been appointed Commanding General of the 51st. Division United States National Defense Corps. (USNDC) Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands and also serve as Volunteer for Homeland Security.
As a nonprofit quasi-military organization, we voluntary support the President National Emergency Program, that includes Puerto Rico and the Virgins Islands Emergencies Management Agencies for Natural Disasters. Our 51st. Division is composing of Veterans Officers and NCOs and Enlisted personnel from the Armed Forces of the United States of America, and others non prior service professionals and labors.51st.
