Allow the States that wish to secede to do so for the following reasons:
1. Obamacare which had been found to be constitutional is actually unconstitutional
a. It allows for the genocide of the elderly.
b. A person can be arrested if they do not buy their own health insurance.
2. The Patriot acts which allow for the spying on U.S. Citizens among other illegal activities by the government.
3. Law in which a person needs a passport to travel in the United States is Unconstitutional.
4. The NDAA and NDRP which allows the government to hold citizens for as long as the US Government wishes without trial
5. Not allowing the public to see the executive orders until they are law.
The gun laws also undermine the Constitution.
