We would like to see the public sector cease to have to right to unionize against the public whom they serve.

We seek a government which does not unionize against it's own populace. We believe the operations of the government will naturally become properly valued, and public employees properly compensated when the economic force of unionization is removed from the equation. This could result in educators becoming more valued while reducing the value of the "overhead", such as the administrator class, which as a segment of population may better serve themselves in a more flexible "client style" environment. We believe the "stagnation" which can result from "overly" secure employment can stifle innovation and therefore result in a less responsive, and efficient government superstructure. We believe the first appropriate step is to utilize the Presidential pulpit to raise this issue to "Public view".
