When in human events the government of a nation becomes a totalitarian form of government our founding fathers have given us the edict to leave said union so that we may rightfully govern ourselves. Since our current goverment isn't listening to the will of the people we the citizens of the sovereign state of Montana declare as our right per the US Constitution to peacefully succeed from the union of states known formally as the United States of America. The government of the United States of America hasn't followed the will of the people and has elected puppet governers to issue laws that have stripped us, the citizens of the soverign state of Montana, of our God given rights. This is the first step by the citizens of the sovereign state of Montana for the right of succession.
