I belive we should sweetin the deal for the rich to build there busness here in the U.S. That's how we compete for jobs in the international community. I think tax cuts should be based on not only how many jobs are created here, but on how well the jobs pays (with benefits), and how many veterens they put to work. This way it incorage them to put the tax dollars they saved to good use.
