We petition the Presidents' of Russia, Syria and the United States to have a debate format and discuss the Syrian quagmire for the international audience. I would like to hear Assad say why he has done what he has and I would like to hear our President say why he thinks a military solution will promote any resolution and I would like to hear Putin say why he has been supporting the atrocities of the Assad regime. There should be emailed questions, prescreened and agreed on by all three presidents and those questions should be answered. Cut Assad out of the middle screen and have Putin and Obama say conciliatory words to each other. It would be a bit of theatre because each of the spin doctors advising the presidents would suggest pat answers. That's okay.
