NO SHOT, NO CHECK!
There's too many 2,3,4 and 5 generations of welfare funds abusers getting paid to propagate while I'm driving up and down the freeways to troubleshoot problems for the terminally ill patients at 2 and 3 in the morning. It should be more cost effective to council and educate, both male and females to change their thought process in a 2-3 months session instead of using my taxes to pay for 6 kids 18 years. With the saved money, maybe health and music could be put back in the public schools.
