"Welfare and Disability Transparency" - allow for community accountability of tax payer dollars

Create a searchable list of all persons receiving government assistance for welfare, unemployment, and disability including the nature of the assistance and the amount disbursed annually. A list of this type would have two main benefits, 1) it allows full transparency of tax payer dollars in these categories and 2) it discourages dishonest claims while encouraging community accountability for claims made.
