I feel people that receive welfare benefits, including food stamps and health insurance should have mandatory drug testing before receiving benefits. There should also be a limit to how many children a person can have while receiving welfare benefits. If a woman is currently caring for children under welfare and wants to have additional children, she needs to show if she can care for the current child or children she has. Also if testing positive for drugs, they shouldn’t be allowed to receive any type of benefit. If they have money to buy drugs then they should have money to buy their own food and pay for their own health insurance.
