Please reform welfare and unemployment laws to allow all recipients, not on a disability status, to provide labor to non profit organizations or persons. Labor could be, painting houses, mowing, raking leaves, moving boxes, general cleaning and more. There could be restrictions. There could be a number for people to call to request help and provide a description of work to be performed. Anyone refusing to provide such labor that is deemed to be non hazardous labor, will be docked of their pay. If said person continuously refuses to work, they will be stripped of the assistance they are receiving. People getting money for nothing should stop.
