It should be mandatory for a person on welfare to pass random drug tests in order to collect welfare checks. Seeing as though American citizens that work for a living, have to pass drug tests while they are employed it is only logical that a person who does not work for a living; but rather lives off the government or the hard work of others must undergo the same drug testing. A person on welfare that can use illegal drugs and is not giving back to society, but spends government money nevertheless is absurd.
