In order to be eligible for welfare you must follow these procedures:
-Having to sign a waiver requiring a drug screening every 2 weeks.
-Drug testing for ALL drugs
-Must be employed and application for employment must be faxed.
-Full background check (not eligible for previous felons)
-Not available for non-citizens
-Strict temporary assistance
-Food stamps can only buy basic necessities not junk food
-Citizens whom qualify for social security benefits may only use them towards necessities
