Created by L.L. on December 11, 2012

A tax on employers who use loopholes that allow them to practice hiring policies that keep wages so low that their employees are forced to go on Federal and State welfare programs to survive. This tax should be equal or greater than the amount paid out by welfare for their employees.

i.e. Walmart. One family earns over a Billion Dollars annually, more than thirty percent of the lower work force, yet, many of Walmart employees rely on welfare to feed, house and cloth their families.
