If you have been on welfare, and are able to work, for more than 3 years and have made no attempt to better your situation (ie. Enrolling in some type of advanced education, OJT, or Job Corps) you will be enlisted into the armed forces. The jobs available to this type of enlistee would be City Beautification, Disaster Clean Up, and any other type of jobs that regular military personnel are to busy to perform and due to the fact that most of these 'employees' have children at home all of these positions will be local. These people are already being paid a wage so they will not be a further burden on society and the jobs in this program are not 'career' positions... Exemptions from this program would be single parent homes with handicapped children.
