Wells Fargo hired firm Haynesworth Sinkler Boyd, P.A. and Federal Judge Bristow Marchant both belonging to Forest Lake Country Club with “Racially Restrictive Covenants” stating “White Membership Only”. Friendly, “Clubhouse adjudication” has barred due process and equal protection for John and Carla Singletary and Judge Marchant has escaped the Belle Meade Country Club “Bright line ruling”.
