Westar Energy has become a monopoly with outrageous unjust fees and should be stopped!!!

Westar Energy’s fees are unreasonable and bogus. Charging a customer the same thing 3 or 4 different times and naming it something else doesn’t cover up the fact that these fees being unjustly placed upon everyday consumers. There are no other options if you want electricity in the state of Ks. So there rates and unethical fees go undisputed because what other choice do we have if we want our lights on. I thought monopolized companies were illegal. When I am told that a surcharge like property tax and transmission delivery charges will be adjusted annually I expect that rate to stay the same for a year not adjust that monthly to what they decide is fair. When you claim one charge is for electric equipment and then another charge and another charge it becomes unjust and unethical.
