What’s missing from President Obama’s plan for better policing?

This petition demands that the White House and Department Of Justice implement a progressive and comprehensive educational program for the general public of the United States and its territories.
• To ensure the general public is educated and knowledgeable in the appropriate ways to communicate with members of the Law Enforcement community.
• Appropriate actions and movements when dealing with members of Law Enforcement as to prevent any miss understandings.
• An emphasis on how “NOT” to communicate with Law Enforcement and explaining what could happen, and the actions and movements that could be mistaken or miss interpreted by Law Enforcement.
This program is to be implemented along with or apart of President Obama’s proposed plans.
