What to do to the Middle East after the war on terror

The current countries that are in the Middle East are unstable and unsafe. I have a idea what to do. We have to do what we did to the axis powers after World War 2. all current countries will be dissolved and replace them with peace loving, western ,Islamic , democratic state. Not to let them have nuclear bombs. Divide Israel for twenty years ( A Upper Jewish State and a lower Mulism State ), and create a United States of Arabia or The Arabic Union.
