what is politic,should everyone must be involed in political issue

I do not know what is politic and I think a average people can live happily not need to understand such as policy issues.
I live in china,but I do not understand chinese culture.since I had studied in japan a decate ago and have been living in china again,I find I can not understand anything about china,I can not communicate with chinese normally.I am encountering a lot of problem.I have been judged is mentally inperson.in fact,I really feel I can not understand chinese anything.everything happened around me seemed like a show.I kept silence but I find this seemed encourage someone.my computer was haked and my credit card always is in a strange activity condition,I had reported to FBI because I just used it bought U.S.A softwares.but I seemed to be harassed by polical issues.
