What you pay for is what you get, is true with everything except for employees at the work place. That needs to change.

What you pay for us what you get is a statement which holds true for everything except for humans as employees. Companies take advantage of hard working Americans all day everyday. Why should hard working Americans have to be worked like a slave for minimum wage and still work with the fear of losing their job? So I say minimum work for minimum wage.
