What is your actions when terrorist attack in your army camp, against terrorism which is faced another country?

Many terrorist attack Pakistan involved Osama bin laden live in Pakistan and many terrorist organization running in Pakistan.
If you dont have power of control against terrorism so you have not against in terrorism.
I know you supply many dangerous weapon to Pakistan so he used in international terrorism because Pakistan know you have not able any strictly action.
My suggestion taken a strict action against terrorism because most of the country affected by terrorism so all country forget all internal disputes and make a unity against terrorism and supporting each other without any excuse.
