When a country grants asylum to a US citizen upon his or her request, that citizen forfeits US citizenship.

Created by A.S. on August 02, 2013

If a U.S. Citizen dos not want to remain a U.S. Citizen by way of requesting asylum to a foreign country, then that citizen forfeits their U.S. citizenship--permanently.

It should be grandfathered for a few years.
