When a job runs a background check, only check for felonies.

Created by M.B. on November 13, 2012

If a person has a misdemeanor it hurts their chances at getting a job. The charge is solely on that person but what happens when that person has strayed away from what they use to do? Are they suppose to keep on living with this mistake and be reminded that you are a criminal. We are brushed off for a small mistake and we could be the missing link to a company. Why should we have to accept petty jobs because of something that happened years ago?
