We would like to see the will of the majority of the population for universal background checks done. Issue an executive order to the house and the senate to form and fund a universal background check system. If incomplete within 4 months issue an extension of the original executive order to form and fund universal background checks to be implemented upon review by a hearing of the supreme court to ensure that these measures are as simple as possible and constitutionally legal. When the overwhelming majority of the population is ignored by representatives it is much more of a slippery slope then any law that the supreme court can rule unconstitutional and remove from our laws if need be.
