If a citizen of the United States is stopped by a police officer, and the police officer uses brutal force, then the citizen has the right to defend and protect him or herself. The police officer is not allowed to shoot any fire weapon to citizen, unless they are five feet away from the officer and continue getting closer. All officers must wear a bulletproof vest for a situation where they are shot. If the shooter is five feet close, closer, or farther, and has fired at the officer, then the officer has the right to protect and defend him or herself and has the right to fire his weapon.
