When will the administration and the congress start thinking of the American people's best interstes not their own?

Not enough is being done to consider the American people and their needs over the needs and wants of the administration and congress.When congress starts to pass laws to put them on an even keel with ALL Americans. Politician's have made a new class of Americans through exemption of laws for them making them above all other Americans, why? Greed.Stop persecuting, elderly and helpless, and start making more opportunities for people to work improving road infrastructure,cleaning our forests, stop talking from the SS Fund.
Originally Congress was to be made of working Americans who took specific terms in congress to the betterment of the people then return to their business. There never was a thought nor desire for permanent politicians to make their fortunes on the backs of workers.
