Where do you want to live? Are your parents divorced? Do you enjoy the current Court schedule set up? You should choose.

If you have divorced parents and don't feel like going through the hassle, expensive court fees, lawyer fees but you want to choose where you want to live well you should be able to. At the age of sixteen you should be able to choose what parent you want to stay with and when. If your enrolled in school and continuing the norms that are required then why can't you choose which parent that fits you best? Court is expensive and so are lawyers so no one wants to go to court to say this is what parent I want to stay with and when so at the age of 16 you should have the right to choose where you want to live.
