Where is the Law that makes our labored Income Wages Taxable - No law exist and its illegal labor is taxed

We the people are being illegally taxed when there is no tax law stating Labored earned Income is to be taxed. IRS definition states INCOME is profit or gains. Labored income is trade for services, not profit or gains which by definition is business are the one who fall under the law to be taxed, not the workers. I would like a full disclosure of the IRS tax law explained since there has been courts that have ruled that taxes a persons wages is illegal. The people have the right to know word for word what they can and can not be taxed for, what is mandatory and voluntary, also I would like to know how the 16th amendment even became an amendment since it was never ratified. The information is out there but our government won't explain itself as to why this illegal tax is still here
