My brother had worked with Yiyang Xiangyun Group (中国湖南益阳湘运集团) for 21 years. The company's leaders began to withhold my brother’s wages unreasonably since 2007 （he received an average of RMB 400 monthly). the company had forced all employees to sign a blank labor contract, and fabricated a 13-days absenteeism of my brother and expelled him illegally. My brother was persecuted into serious depression. He had to sue the company .
We would report the unfair judgments of Yiyang Heshan Court and Yiyang Intermediate Court. The judgments were for the company to compensate RMB 800 monthly to my brother. The court’s decision did not consider the company signed a labor contract with my brother.the judges denied all the evidences from my brother and recognized the perjuries from the company.
