The NRA wants armed guards in all schools as a solution to the violence that is created as a result of gun ownership. This petition is to recommend that all gun owners fully fund this recommendation through an initial tax on gun purchase of at least 200% of the gun price and and an annual per gun tax based upon the last fiscal year's cost of funding the armed guard program. Non-gun-owners should not have to fund this program.
