Whereas, we the diverse and manifestly unique population of America; realize that in order to survive past a point, to begin to transcend a mechanical civic understanding. Whereas we the people; as information flows freer, and faster over a virtually limitless and expanding web of information begin to truly appreciate the statement "dream is destiny," whereas the wanton slaughter and abject devaluing of human sanctity abroad by our government has exceeded a critical and
inhuman level. Here instated that we; the American public, take our share of the blame for the level to which our government has devolved.
To have, in only this last 60 years;
despoiled the vast cultures and monetized the loss of life, sanctioning inhuman and unmerciful torture in
hidden locations, medieval.
