Where's Justice for Roy Collins.

Roy alan collins was 13 when he was shot in the back by kcpd. It was considered an aggravated assault, it didn't stop there. His original death certificate got changed one month later from homicide to sequel of assault. They won't let a dead man rest. They say someone else did it but kcpd won't charge said party. My brother made me laugh. He wasn't book smart , but autistic one of a kind person. He's been robbed of life itself. All of the pleasures and spoils of life and living a normal life. I was robbed of being able to care for my brother and my brothers love and company.Martin Luther King said, if justice wasn't done for one it would be injust to everone. All I want is Justice.
