I am a chinese welfare lottery "double colour ball" player. Our family had bought the chinese "double colour ball" a lot & other chinese lotto tickets for some time. With a very small amount of the money each time. I feel good to have a hope to win the lucky & get reward. But there is one thing which is uncertain to me that a lot of people in the internet talking something about " chinese welfare lotto is a scam". I have seen a lot of the information on this issue, but I can't distinguish what is right & wrong in these posts. I feel very sad, becasue people can't get lucky from this game, if it is totally a scam thing. Especially those "venture heros" -people spend too much money in that game. Now I beg U.S. government can give a say that whether chinese government is cheating us.
