There isn't one category in your petition that speaks to the rights of children. Child abuse is a violation of the rights, lives, and welfare of all children. It is about power and domination of trusted individuals against their victims. This needs to end. No other child's life should ever be destroyed. We need tough enforceable laws covering the child's rights, severe punishment of those creating the crime, severe punishment of those who are aware the crime is being committed, and education of children, teachers, and every American to know when, and how to report these crimes. If someone touches you tell somebody, if they don't help you tell someone else. Tell you teachers, parents or a neighbor you trust. You must ask for help before the day ends.The helper must report before the day end
